How it works

Three steps from application to first session.

You apply.

A short application form so we understand your situation and what you are looking for. Andy reviews every application personally.

We match you with the right coach.

Every coach in our private pool has been trained personally in The Willpower Free Method® and certified through the Alcohol-Free Performance Coach™ certification. We match you on your situation and the goals you want to achieve. You are then invited to an online meeting with your coach, to make sure you are both a great fit. Only if you are both happy do we proceed and take payment.

Your private coaching begins.

Six sessions across twelve weeks with your coach, held on Zoom, typically fortnightly. Total privacy, built around your calendar. Plus full access to the Willpower Free Method® online platform and support between sessions.

Your coach.

Every private coach is hand-picked by our team. They have been personally trained by Andy in The Willpower Free Method®, and certified through the Alcohol-Free Performance Coach™ programme, and have walked the alcohol-free path themselves.

You do not get one-to-one access to Andy through this programme. What you get is a coach Andy has personally trained and certified, who will hold you in the method across twelve weeks of deep private coaching. You get to work with a specialist doing the thing they were trained to do.

Six private 1:1 Zoom sessions with your hand-picked, Method-trained coach. 60 minutes each, typically fortnightly across twelve weeks.

Questions

Do I get coached by Andy directly?

No. The team will match you with one of Andy's hand-picked coaches, trained personally by him and certified through the Alcohol-Free Performance Coach™ certification. Andy's own one-to-one practice is separate, and it is not offered here.

How private is this, really?

Completely. It is just you and your coach, one to one on Zoom, across twelve weeks.

What happens after twelve weeks?

Most clients renew for a second twelve-week block or move across to Limitless. We talk about the right next step in your final session.

Can I switch coaches if it is not a fit?

Yes. Within the first three sessions you can request a different match at no extra cost.

Can I do this alongside the self-drive or live version of the Method?

Yes. Private coaching can run in parallel. Some people go self-drive to learn the Method, then continue with a private coach for ongoing 1:1 support.
