This is a world first. Nobody has ever made a documentary about what happens when people in the middle lane take a break from alcohol.
Going Dry follows six middle-lane drinkers through a sixty to ninety day break, tracking their stats to see what it does to a body, a mind and a life.
Some of what happens is staggering. One participant's cholesterol went from 303 to 220. One is uninvited from a big rugby game because he is not drinking. And all of them go on an adventure of transformation.
Alongside them, Andy travels the globe to meet the world's leading scientists, and finds the whistleblowers who broke ranks to tell us what really goes on.
This is a film about the alcohol-free advantage.
Almost nobody can tell a friend, a partner or a brother that they think alcohol might be getting in the way. It is the most avoided conversation there is, and saying it out loud rarely goes well.
Rather than struggling through the alcohol conversation with a loved one, a friend or a colleague, send them a ticket to Going Dry and let them feel inspired.
No lecture, no label, no conversation. Just ninety minutes that says it perfectly, alongside six middle lane drinkers.

Rich Roll. Dr Rangan Chatterjee. Professor David Nutt, the neuropsychopharmacologist and former chief drugs adviser to the UK government. Dr Nzinga Harrison. And Ben Branson, the founder of Seedlip, who created the alcohol-free spirits category.
Alongside six incredible middle lane drinkers who were all willing to take a 60 to 90 day break from alcohol, to see what life might be like on the alcohol-free side of the island.
Three of them went on to retrain with Andy as coaches.
